What does the setup fee include?

Your one-time setup fee covers your account configuration, limited data migration (see plan limits), basic

integration setup, standard pipeline creation, and one training session for your team.

Is there a long-term contract?

All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. After this period, plans convert to month-to-month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades can be processed at the end of your current

billing cycle.

How does the trial work?

Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all features in your selected plan for just $1. If you decide to

continue, we'll charge your card for your first month's subscription plus the one-time setup fee. If you

cancel before the trial ends, no additional charges will apply.

What are the data migration limitations?

We include migration for a limited number of contacts based on your plan (500, 1,000, or 5,000). Data

must be provided in our standard CSV format, and records must be clean and properly formatted.

Additional migration services are available for an extra fee.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain

active until the end of your paid period. For annual subscriptions, your account will stay active for the full

year even if you cancel.

Do you help with data cleanup?

Basic data cleanup is not included in the setup. We can provide a custom quote for data cleansing

services if needed.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. NautiLead uses bank-level encryption for all data and is fully compliant with industry

standards. Your customer data remains your property at all times.

Why do you require a 6-month minimum commitment?

The 6-month minimum helps us recover some of the costs associated with setting up your account and

providing training. This allows us to keep both our setup fee and monthly costs lower than they would

otherwise be.

What happens if I want to cancel before 6 months?

You can cancel at any time, but your account will remain active until the end of your 6-month

commitment. We will not charge you for any periods beyond what you've already paid for.
